Relationships are integral to our well-being. Couples and / or family counseling explores communication styles, past hurts, family of origin patterns and other factors that may be causing issues in your relationships. Family Counseling sessions may consist of your full or partial family unit.

Adding a new member to your family can be full of emotions and challenges. I offer individual sessions to work through this unique life transition. Your newborn is welcome in session with us, as finding time alone can be particularly challenging.
